At Build Grow Run, the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Service we provide tailored support, advice and mentoring assistance to our clients, who are interested in starting or running their own business. We work with you to achieve the Australian dream of owning your own business.
As Facilitators we may deliver this support by organising and/or delivering information and advice at small events such as information meeting’s, workshops and/or networking events and providing mentoring and advice, either directly or by engaging a mentoring network.
What is mentoring?
Mentoring consists of a medium to long-term relationship focused on supporting the growth and development of the mentee. The mentor becomes a source of wisdom, teaching, and support, but not someone who observes and advises on specific actions or behavioural changes in daily work environment.
Mentoring helps people, such as entrepreneurs and business owners reach their full potential; thus promoting their personal and professional development in a supportive way. Mentorship enhances leadership and coaching skills in current and future leaders and managers.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a powerful process of learning, growth and development.
It is a collaborative relationship between a coach and their client, which enables, through a process of discovery, goal-setting and strategic actions, the actualisation of what they most want in their business and their lives.
Having a coach is like having your own personal fitness trainer. The coach works with you to design a personal development program. We will help you set and reach higher and more appropriate goals, ask more of you then you would have done yourself and keep you focused and on track during the highs and lows, in order to produce results faster and with deeper understanding.
As business advisors Build Grow Run, regularly analyse problems and potential risks entrepreneurs and small business owners are facing and help provide guided support and advice in a positive collaborative environment.
As Build Grow Run, the Entrepreneurship Facilitator is a strategist who works with the entrepreneur and/or business owner to help with business planning, finances, sales and marketing, operations and people and culture development.
